These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS text-messaging program operated by Bradley Ward Software Development (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
We operate a small, low-volume, personal SMS program for two transactional purposes only:
- Two-factor authentication (2FA): one-time passcodes sent when you log in to a personal website we operate.
- Home-automation alerts: notifications from our home-automation and monitoring systems (for example, a door left open or a sensor alert).
We do not send marketing, advertising, or promotional messages.
2. How you opt in (consent)
Recipients are family members and personal acquaintances who have a prior relationship with us. We give
each person our program number and opt-in keyword directly. You opt in by texting the keyword
JOIN from your own mobile phone to +1 (678) 831‑6656. The system
immediately replies with a one-time confirmation that you are subscribed. We keep a record of each
person’s consent, and we never message anyone who has not personally texted JOIN.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We only message people who have explicitly opted in, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and on events in our systems. Authentication codes are sent only when you choose to log in, and alerts are sent only when a relevant event occurs. This is a low-volume program.

- STOP: reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation, after which we will stop sending messages to your number unless you opt in again. Related keywords such as UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are also honored.
- HELP: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the email below.
6. Supported carriers and delivery
Message delivery is subject to the capabilities and policies of your mobile carrier, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Because this program includes two-factor authentication, you should not rely on SMS as your only means of account access.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use.
- Keep one-time authentication codes confidential; we will never ask you to share a code with anyone.
- Notify us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. In short, we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we never sell your number.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
